The Model MJ door operator is designed for use on industrial sectional doors with high or vertical lift and small rolling doors and grilles. Maximum recommended duty cycle: 12 cycles per hour.

Standard Features: UL325-2010 Monitored Entrapment Capability (provides primary monitored entrapment protection through monitored photo sensors: either CPS-U or CPS-UN4, or a 4-wire monitored edge using the CPS-EI interface) UL-Listed and UL-Labeled to insure compliance to local codes and approval at final inspection Solid-state Medium-Duty Logic circuit board Powerful 1/2 HP, 115V single-phase motor with instant reverse, capacitor start, and overload protection Easy emergency manual operation using a floor level disconnect and an electrically interlocked chain hoist mechanism Floor level disconnect 24V NEC Class 2 Wiring is factory present to C2 mode First-stage heavy-duty 4L V-belt; second and third stages #48 chain Adjustable friction clutch helps protect against damage to the door and operator Heavy-duty solenoid-actuated brake 3-button station for open/close/stop functionality 315 MHz radio receiver is integral to the Medium-Duty Logic board NEMA 1 type electrical box 2-year warranty

Compatibility:

Works on high lift or vertical lift sectional garage doors and small rolling grills. Drive shaft needs to be 1".

Includes:

MJ 50 11 Garage Door opener 110volt operation. (Transmitters and safety accessories sold separately). Connecting chain and sprocket to that fits over your 1" garage door shaft.
