SHIPPING TO U.S.

We ship in stock orders received before 2:00 CST the same day (Mon-Fri). We ship via USPS and Fed Ex.

Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours during the business week (Mon-Fri). If you need Saturday delivery, please call, additional charges may apply.

SALES TAX

South Dakota residents add 6% sales tax.

RETURNS

Before you purchase anything, please double check and be sure that you are ordering the correct part. Items may be returned for purchase price minus restocking fee or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase, less any shipping and handling charges. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days from date of purchase; these items will be returned at purchaser's expense.

  • Returned items are subject to a minimum restocking fee of $5.00 up to 20% of the item cost.Absolutely no return on torsion springs, TMS springs, extension springs, or circuit boards.
  • No returns will be allowed without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please e-mail us to obtain a RMA number, please include your invoice number when e-mailing.
  • All electronic parts are not returnable or exchangeable. (Absolutely no return on circuit boards)
  • All products needs to be returned or exchanged in original packaging with instructions, all components and fasteners must be in-tact.
  • Products must be returned in new condition or condition that is returnable to the manufacturer.
  • We will not issue any refunds or exchanges on products which are sent back in a non-sellable or in non-returnable condition. We will return any merchandize that we receive in non-satisfactory condition at purchaser's expense.
  • If it is necessary to send back or exchange products the cost of return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. We are not responsible for merchandize lost through shipping.
  • We will not ship out product for exchange until we have received the products which need to be replaced or exchanged.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Garage door springs are typically custom, made-to-order and are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Cancelled orders are subject to a minimum restocking fee of $5.00 up to 20% of the item cost.
  • Terms and conditions apply to incompatibility issues with purchaser's own existing equipment.
  • Purchasers placing orders with the intent of trouble shooting their door or opener are subject to all terms and conditions.
  • We reserve all rights to cancel orders or refuse service to any orders placed on this site.
  • ProDoorParts.com will refund, return or exchange items provided they meet all terms and conditions stated above.
